Returns
- Eligibility: You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Items that have been used or damaged will not be accepted.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as personalized products, gift cards, and final sale items, cannot be returned.
Refunds
- Process: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning items.
Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
